The use of this website www.viraagency.com and/or mobile application named Vira Agency, (” Vira Agency “) will be governed by these Terms of Use including the Privacy Policy available at (https://Vira Agency/privacy-policy.html) and any other disclaimers and terms published on Vira Agency (together referred to as* “Terms ” ) , and these Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between Vira Agency ( ” Vira Agency” / ” We ” / ” Us “) and you. These Terms are binding upon Vira Agency and You , and govern your use of the offerings provided by Vira Agency for the purchase of lottery tickets (” Lottery Ticket”) and participation in the lotteries as organised by the relevant State Governments of certain states (as mentioned along with each individual Lottery on Vira Agency) (” Lottery/Lotteries “) from time to time (together referred to as ” Offerings”).

a. To clarify, the sale of Lottery Tickets is being offered on behalf of M/s Vira Agency (” Vira Agency “) has been appointed as the Distributor/Marketing Agent for sale of online lottery tickets by relevant State Governments. Summit has further appointed Vira Agency as Stockist for sale of the Lottery Tickets (i.e. the Offerings on Vira Agency).

b. By visiting, accessing and using Vira Agency :

i.   You agree that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and you acknowledge that these Terms shall apply to you and be binding on you;

ii.  You confirm that you have attained the age of eighteen (18);

iii. You confirm that you are competent under Indian laws to agree to and be bound by these Terms;

iv.  You agree that you have understood and are bound by the rules of the Lotteries available on Vira Agency, and other applicable laws and rules available at ( (https://Vira Agency/app.static/docs/lotteries_rules_2010.pdf) )

v.   You are responsible for complying with all applicable local or national laws and agree that you shall access Vira Agency from States where sale of Lottery Tickets is permissible as per the relevant State and central lottery laws which apply to the Offerings .

 

a.  Kindly review these Terms periodically. The Terms may be updated / modified at any time and from time to time, for any reason at the sole discretion of Vira Agency . Such updates/modifications will become effective immediately upon its posting on Vira Agency . The date of the Terms will accordingly be amended on Vira Agency and you will also be informed of the updates / modifications by way of a notification upon log in / sign in to Vira Agency .

 

b. Your continued use of Vira Agency following the posting of the updates / modifications to the Terms will have deemed to be your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

a  Offerings on Vira Agency are offered exclusively to Vira Agency’s network of registered users (” Users “) and is not open to the unregistered users.

 

b. When you register an account on Vira Agency :

i.    You agree to provide true and accurate information for the purpose of registration, (e.g.; name, mobile number, email address and other contact details, as may be required );

ii.   You understand that any information provided as part of such registration, or is otherwise collected is governed by and subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy;

iii.  You will need to select a unique user name and password for setting up a user account;

iv.   You will receive a one-time-password (OTP) on the contact number provided by You, for the purpose of verification;

v.  You understand that a User account (” User Account “) is successfully created only upon verification of your mobile number via OTP verification process;

vi. You understand that from time to time, you may be provided with additional codes or passwords necessary to access and use certain offerings, features or functions of Vira Agency;

vii. You undertake that you shall have only one User account and not multiple accounts registered with Vira Agency ;

viii. You undertake not to share your User account details such as your username and password with any other person for their use of Vira Agency ;

ix.  You agree to get periodic SMS alerts and newsletters from Vira Agency including for offers and promotions;

x.   You agree to notify Vira Agency immediately if you become aware of or believe there is or may have been any unauthorized use of your username and/ or password or if You feel any other need to deactivate your User account due to security concerns.

 

c.  If you have any security related concerns, please contact Support at [link]. Vira Agency reserves the right to disclose any information about Users including their registration data in order to comply with any applicable laws and / or requests from regulatory authorities / courts of law and to safeguard the interests of its Users.

 

a. There shall be no general right for any person to purchase a Lottery Ticket. No Lottery Ticket may be purchased by or Prize Money paid to:

i.  Minors, whether acting on their own behalf or on behalf of another person;

ii.  Directors, Employees and Relatives of persons associated with Lottery;

iii. Any person whose User Account has been suspended or terminated;

iv. Any person who is not permitted to use/access Vira Agency in the State in which they are located;

v. Such other persons or category of persons as Vira Agency or the applicable laws mandate from time to time.

b.  You should not use Vira Agency :

i. for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by law;

ii. In any manner that harms Vira Agency or its directors, employees, affiliates, distributors, partners, service providers, and / or any other User;

iii. to remove any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in any content on Vira Agency or in relation to the Offerings ;

iv. to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign or otherwise transfer any intellectual property in Vira Agency or in relation to the Offerings ;

v. to send communications containing unsolicited / unauthorized advertisements, promotions or marketing material;

vi. in any manner other than as agreed in the Terms.

c. Use of the Offerings is only available to Users located in states where sale and/or purchase of Lottery Tickets is permissible as per the relevant State and central lottery laws. In the event you provide false information for the purpose of registration on Vira Agency and/or availing of any Offerings offered on Vira Agency, Vira Agency shall have the right terminate your membership and also initiate legal proceedings against you for providing such false information for the purpose of registration on Vira Agency and/or availing Offerings offered on Vira Agency, at its discretion. In any event, Vira Agency shall have no liability towards you if you access, attempt to register from a different state or provide any false information for the purposes of accessing, registering and using the site/app.

 

a.  Users may obtain details of past transactions including details of recharge of User Wallet, withdrawal of amounts from the User Wallet (” TransactionHistory “) on Vira Agency.

b. Vira Agency will make up to 30 days of Transaction History readily available.

c. In the event, you wish to obtain a complete record of your Transaction History, you may contact Vira Agency at help\@myrajshree.com and, Vira Agency will make the information available as soon as is reasonably practicable.

 

a.  Each Lottery will be conducted and organised by the concerned State Government. Your participation in each Lottery and the organisation and conduct of the Lotteries is subject to the terms and conditions (including statutes and rules) of the related Lottery (” Lottery Laws “) made available on Vira Agency at Clause 1b(iv), which you agree to independently review and comply with. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency, the Lottery Laws will take precedence over these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

b.  Following each draw for any Lottery (“Lottery Draw”), the State Government will publish the final and conclusive winners in accordance with the applicable Lottery Laws (” Lottery Results “). The Results will be declared in the form of winning combination of numbers/alphanumeric, in accordance with the relevant Lottery Laws (“Winning Number”). Vira Agency will announce the official Lottery Results on Vira Agency as soon as commercially possible following official publication thereof by the relevant State Government.

c. You agree that verification of Lottery Results from the relevant official publication of the concerned State Government is solely your responsibility. Vira Agency is not liable for inaccurate announcement of the Lottery Result on Vira Agency.

 

a. Once registration is done, the User shall have the ability to top up his/her account with money for purchase of Lottery Tickets on Vira Agency(” User Wallet”).

b. The price for each Lottery Ticket displayed on Vira Agency is determined by the State Government responsible for organising the Lottery.

c. Once a User purchases a Lottery Ticket on Vira Agency, Vira Agency will print a physical copy of the Lottery Ticket in accordance with the relevant Lottery Laws and provide it to the User free of charge.

d.  Users who wish to receive a physical copy of their lottery ticket are required to submit their dispatch request within three (3) days of the respective draw date. Requests received after this period will not be processed under normal circumstances.

 

a.  User who has purchased and holds a Lottery Ticket bearing the Winning Number (“Winner”) is responsible to claim the prize money as declared by the relevant State Government (“Prize Money”) in the manner prescribed in Clause 8b below.

b.  The process for claiming the Prize Money will differ depending on the amount of Prize Money in a single Lottery Ticket:

i.  For Prize Money upto INR 10,000:

1.  the amount will be automatically credited by Vira Agency to the User Wallet of the Winner upon verification of the Lottery Ticket. Users will be able to use this amount for availing the Offerings on Vira Agency.

2. Users may also transfer Prize Money up to INR 10,000 per day to their personal bank account;

ii.  For Prize Money above INR 10,000:

1. Payment of Prize Money will be routed through respective State Government procedures as specified in the Lottery Laws;

2.  Winner is responsible to inform Vira Agency that they hold a Lottery Ticket bearing the Winning Number by contacting Vira Agency by e-mail at help\@myrajshree.com (” Notice “). Upon receipt of Notice, Vira Agency will verify the Lottery Ticket.

3  Winner will have to submit hard copies of the following documents (“Documents”) to the office designated by the relevant State Government under the Lottery Laws for processing the payment of Prize Money:

i.   Physical Ticket;

ii.  Claim form in Government approved format available at ( [click here](https://Vira Agency/app.static/docs/Goa%20Claim%20Form.pdf) )

iii.  Declaration on Rs.100/- stamp paper with notary in government approved format, available at ( [click here](https://Vira Agency/app.static/docs/Notary%20Form.pdf) ) ;

iv.  4 passport size photos for declaration;

v.   Self-attested photocopy of residential proof (Aadhar card/passport);

vi.  Self-attested photocopy of PAN card;

vii. Bank Account details;

viii.   Cancelled cheque;

ix.    Self-attested photocopy of winning ticket;

x.   Any other information required by the State Government for processing of the Prize Money

c. You agree to provide true and accurate information and Documents. You agree to co-operate with Vira Agency by providing Documents in a timely manner. Under no circumstances shall Vira Agency and/or the State Government have any obligation to release the Prize Money if you provide false information and/or Documents or otherwise fail to provide the requisite Documents for the purpose of this Clause.

 

a. Refunds. User will be entitled to a refund in case a Lottery Draw is cancelled by the relevant State Government. In the event of such cancellation, the refunded amount will automatically be deposited to User Wallet.

b. Users may transfer up to INR 10,000 of Prize Money from their User Wallet per day;

c. All payments of Prize Money of amounts more than INR 10,000 made by the relevant State Government to shall be subject to deduction of tax (“TDS”) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 . Users will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions by the relevant State Government. However, it is clarified that the relevant State Government is responsible for deduction of TDS and providing TDS certificates and Vira Agency shall not be liable for the same. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, etc. in respect of the Prize Money.

d. Payment of GST will be done in accordance with Notification No. 04/2017 – Integrated Tax (Rate), 04/2017 Central Tax (Rate), issued by Ministry of Finance, Government of India (” Notification “) till it is in effect and thereafter in accordance with the notification/law that supersedes the Notification.

 

a.  Rights of Vira Agency

i. All intellectual property in the Lottery Tickets including any trademarks, logos, images and other content on the Lottery Tickets sold on Vira Agency belongs to the relevant State Government organising the Lottery. Through your purchase of the Lottery Tickets, by no means is any proprietary right in any intellectual property impliedly or expressly granted by the State Government to you;

ii.  All intellectual property including in relation to any software, techniques and processes used, and any trademarks, logos, images and other content available on Vira Agency belongs exclusively to Vira Agency and / or its licensors. Through your use of Vira Agency , by no means is any proprietary right in any intellectual property impliedly or expressly granted by Vira Agency to you;

iii. Vira Agency and / or its licensors assert all proprietary rights in the trademarks and copyright depicted on Vira Agency . Any unauthorized use of the Vira Agency trademarks or copyright in connection with any other good, service or offering will constitute an infringement of the trademark and copyright of Vira Agency and / or its licensors and may be actionable under the applicable laws.

b.  Rights of User

i. Vira Agency grants you a limited royalty-free right for your personal and non-commercial use of Vira Agency , for the time that you are a User with Vira Agency ;

ii. Unless explicitly stated or otherwise authorised by Vira Agency , you agree not to reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the content on Vira Agency , in whole or in part, by any means. You must not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership.

 

You acknowledge and agree that certain information available on Vira Agency may be designated as confidential by Vira Agency and you will not disclose such confidential information to any third party, without having obtained prior written consent / authorisation from Vira Agency .

 

a.  Vira Agency may provide links or direct you to various third party websites. If you use any of these links, you may be directed / redirected to such external websites.

b.  If you decide to visit any such external link, you agree to do so at your own risk, responsibility and liability. Vira Agency does not endorse any website linked to Vira Agency or the information appearing therein or any of the products or services described therein. You agree that Vira Agency is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information that it may obtain from these third parties and which may be posted / published on Vira Agency and as may be amended from time to time

c.  Any display of third party goods / services offered through Vira Agency does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any reputation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval of Vira Agency by any such third parties.

d.  Use of such third party links shall be governed by a separate agreement between You and such third party. Vira Agency will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such third parties or for any refunds, exchanges, personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from interactions of the User with such third parties or from availing any goods / services from such third parties.

 

a.  Suspensions of User accounts by Vira Agency

 There may be circumstances wherein Vira Agency will be required to suspend the User account which will prevent you from utilising the Offerings on Vira Agency . In such events, Vira Agency may also be required to supply relevant User details and data to the applicable authority, regulator, court or other third parties including to comply with applicable laws or court orders/judgments. These actions will be taken in the event Vira Agency has any reason to believe that your User account may be used for, including but not limited to, the following activities:

i.   Fraud or attempt to defraud;

ii.   Money laundering;

iii.   Volvement in collusion, rigging or cheating of any kind;

iv.  Vira Agency has reason to believe you are less than 18 years old;

v.   You are in a jurisdiction, wherein the Offerings or your use of Vira Agency is illegal;

vi.   You are trying to access Vira Agency from any other territory from where Vira Agency does not accept Users;

vii.  You are violating these Terms in any manner.

b. If investigations are ongoing and unresolved issues remain, then Vira Agency will continue to suspend the User account.

c. Vira Agency reserves the right to suspend your User account at any time for any reason. Vira Agency also reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil or criminal action against you in the event of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

d. Upon suspension of your User account, regardless of the reason(s), your right to use Vira Agency and access the Offerings on Vira Agency immediately ceases. Vira Agency shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any suspension of your User account or any other actions taken in connection with such account suspension.

 e. Deactivation of User account by You.

 You may deactivate your User account at any time by writing to Vira Agency at help\@myrajshree.com from your registered email address. Deactivation of User account is subject to the User withdrawing all amounts from their User wallet and ensuring that no Lottery Tickets are pending for claims. Should you wish to resume using Vira Agency , you will be required to reactivate the existing account at any time by writing to Vira Agency at help\@myrajshree.com.

 

Vira Agency may terminate, vary or suspend the Offerings on Vira Agency, immediately and without prior notice:-

i. for repair or maintenance work or in order to upgrade or update Vira Agency;

ii.  if Vira Agency ceases to provide the Offerings on behalf of Vira Agency;

iii.  for any other reason at Vira Agency’s sole discretion.

 

a.  We reserve the right to:

i.  Make all decisions in relation to inter alia your registration with Vira Agency ;

ii.  Give you a username, different from the username chosen by you, if it impersonates an already existing username, or if Vira Agency feels it is otherwise inappropriate;

iii. Request additional documents and additional information from you for the purpose of your registration as a User with Vira Agency ;

iv. Deny access to Vira Agency or any portion thereof without notice for the following reasons (a) any unauthorised access or use by you (b) attempt(s) to assign or transfer any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) violation of any of the provisions of the Terms or any applicable laws.

 

a. We exclude all representations and warranties relating to Vira Agency including content therein, and the Offerings offered on Vira Agency. Vira Agency disclaims any representation and warranties for the security, reliability, quality, timeliness, and performance of (i) Vira Agency , content on Vira Agency and Offerings offered on Vira Agency ; (ii) third party products or services advertised on or received through any links or other sources provided on Vira Agency ; (iii) any information, content or advice received through the site or links provided on Vira Agency. Vira Agency makes no warranty or representation that any errors in Vira Agency will be corrected.

b. You agree that use of Vira Agency and the Offerings on Vira Agency is at your sole discretion. Vira Agency is not responsible for any consequences arising out of your use of Vira Agency .

c. Vira Agency is provided on a “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Vira Agency . Neither Vira Agency nor any third party service providers are liable for any network, technical or other operational difficulties or problems which may result in loss of your data, monetary loss, personalization settings or other interruptions in the features offered on Vira Agency . Neither Vira Agency nor any third party is liable for the deletion, loss, mis-delivery, timeliness or failure to store or transmit any features or other aspects of Vira Agency or Offerings , content on Vira Agency or your personalization and / or User account settings.

 

a.  Vira Agency may collect, store, use, process and transfer to third parties information provided by you at the time of registration of your User account, or during the course of your use of Vira Agency , including your personal information that shall be governed by the applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

b.  For more information on the security measures and systems that Vira Agency has in place for the protection of personal Information collected from you on Vira Agency , kindly refer to our Privacy Policy.

c.  Your acceptance of these Terms, and use of Vira Agency , shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy.

 

a.  You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Vira Agency and licensors, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and partners of Vira Agency from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses, damages or other liabilities incurred from and against any cost, liability, loss, damage, cause of action, claim, suit, proceeding, demand or action brought by a third party, due to or arising out of or in connection with

(a) Your use of Vira Agency or

(b) Your breach of any provision of the Terms

(c) or any fraud, negligence, wilful misconduct or intentional wrongdoing on your part.

b. You shall not settle or compromise any such matter without our prior written consent. Vira Agency shall be entitled to participate in such defence through our own counsel at your cost and expense.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vira Agency is not and will not be liable for any indirect, remote, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill) arising out of or in connection with Vira Agency or the Offerings , even if Vira Agency has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract or in tort (including negligence), including without limitation to damages due to:

(a) the use of or the inability to use Vira Agency or

(b) conduct of any User on Vira Agency

(c) unauthorised access to or alteration of transmissions or data,

(d) malicious or criminal behaviour, or false or fraudulent transactions

(e) technical or other operational lapses on Vira Agency . In any event, the liability of Vira Agency arising out of the Agreement shall not exceed the price of the Lottery Ticket forming subject matter of the dispute between Vira Agency and User,

 

This Agreement along with your use of Vira Agency is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Either Party shall have the right to seek interim reliefs at appropriate forums / courts having jurisdiction thereof. In case of any dispute arising out of these Terms and your use of Vira Agency, Users may bring an action against Vira Agency. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters by or against Vira Agency connected with these Terms and your use of Vira Agency . It is clarified that Vira Agency shall have no liability to you for the purposes of any claims against Lottery where the prize money exceeds INR 10,000 and your rights shall be against the relevant State Government organising such Lottery. Any such disputes against the relevant State Government will be governed by the applicable state Lottery Laws.

 

a. Entire Agreement:  The Terms constitute an entire, valid and binding agreement between you and Vira Agency and governs your access and use of Vira Agency. These Terms shall supersede any and all prior Terms available on Vira Agency and agreed to by Users and are binding from 10-08-2026.

b. Advertisement:  Vira Agency shall have the right to place advertisements and publicity materials of its choice, including that pertaining to parties other than itself for commercial use through electronic means on Vira Agency .

c. Binding Nature:  This Agreement shall be binding upon you and Vira Agency and your successors-in-interests and permitted assigns.

d. Severability:  If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

e.  Waiver:  The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further right hereunder.

f. Assignment:  You may not assign or sub-license, without the prior written consent of Vira Agency , the rights, duties or obligations under the Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity. Vira Agency may assign or sub-license in whole or in part any of its rights, duties or obligations under the Terms to any of its affiliates.

g.  Conflict :  In the event there is any conflict between the terms set out in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to specific pages of Vira Agency , the following order of prevalence shall apply:

(i) these Terms of Use

(ii) the Privacy Policy,

(iii) any other policies applicable to specific pages of Vira Agency .

 

If the transaction is cancelled / unsuccessful due to any reason and the amount is deducted from bank account then in such a scenario the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account as per the standard time period prescribed by the respective bank. If any customer requests for a refund then in such a scenario it will take 7 working days to get credited in his bank account.
